WHEW! I got here Friday and I haven't stopped since Saturday.

DAY 1 RECAP | I had a crawfish bowl festival all day at Nations in Nashville & we closed out the sets with a Bluegrass jam band sesh... we call ourselves Stranger Strings 😎 

DAY 2 RECAP | I woke up with the intention of prepping for the trip to RCA Studio the next day... But Sunday had different plans for me! My friend had a gig down at Drifter's BBQ in East Nashville & his voice was kind of shot from giggin' 3 nights in a row, so they asked me to step in for a few and help sing part of the set! After I finally got home and got everything set up for a test stream, I successfully streamed from my new gaming laptop to Twitch, and that was fun to see you Crew while I'm away at work!! 💜💕

DAY 3 RECAP | Went to a writing session at RCA Records with Wood Newton. We came up with a great song called "Carry On" that only took us an hour to write! We took lunch on top of the Virgin Hotel that overlooks Music Row in downtown Nashville... There's a rooftop bar and pool club up there. The sun was so hot and the water felt so good that I decided to jump into the pool fully clothed. It all worked out great in the end because we made some new friends from my shenanigans (: 

DAY 4 RECAP | STUDIO DAY FOR TRACKING! But not for the song I intended... LOL

This always happens when I come up to write and record. We come up with an amazing song. And wanna go ahead and get it tracked because we're so excited about it and then I end up pushing off the original song so the next month 😂 Sooooo.... "Crossroads" will have to wait. 

Mike Loudermilk & I wrote a fun rock song today called "Crazy Loves Company" & it's a WholeAssVibe 👌 I can't wait to finish all the background vocals & mixing so I can show y'all!!! 

As of now, I said on the back porch awaiting the end of day four getting ready to prep for the studio tomorrow and thursday to record two more songs that I co wrote with wood newton. I think these summary post will be easiest for me to keep up with while I juggle the craziness of my schedule when I'm in Nashville!
